Delays may occur if address verification is required or if items are out of stock. Once shipped, we are not responsible for courier delays or lost packages.

Refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery only. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
